You will need the following;

  • Four 1-inch-thick Salmon filets (6 oz)
  • Olive oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon zest
  • Paprika
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Lemon

Procedure

1: Season the salmon with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and any other herb you choose.

2: Spray olive oil on the surface.

3: Preheat the toaster oven to a 425°F (220°C)  

4: Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

5: Place your seasoned salmon filets on the lined baking sheet.

You will need

  • 6 oz green beans (or carrots, zucchini, spinach, or any veggies of your choice)
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Ground Black pepper (or any herb of your choice)
  • Olive oil
  • Baking sheet
  • Large pan

Procedure

1: Wash the beans and pat dry them.

2: Line the pan with the baking sheet.

3: Place the green beans and spray olive oil.

4: Season the beans with salt and ground black pepper (or a herb of your choice).

5: Toss your green beans until they are crunchy.

6: Garnish with lemon and serve the Toaster oven salmon with green beans. Enjoy!
