Though I have several cookers in my kitchen, I had to compile gluten free instant pot recipes. Why the Instant Pot? The reason is I find the pot extra beneficial. It is multipurpose as it can slow cook, steam, bake, dehydrate, and cook various dishes from breakfast to dinner.

1. Gluten-Free Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats

Top on the list, Instant Pot gluten free recipes is steel-cut oats recipe. It is also the easiest to make. The dish is rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fiber.   1. Soak beans and boil them.
  2. Slice your beef/turkey to your preference.

  • Cubed beef  
  • Potatoes

  • Garlic
  • Beef broth
  • Corn starch
  • Bay leaf

  1. Brown your meat in the Instant Pot.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion.

  6. Wait for the pressure to release naturally. 
  7. Open the pit and remove the bay leaf. Discard it.
  8. Prepare the cornstarch with water, add it to the pot, and stir.
  9. Add the peas (optional).  
  10. Serve your gluten free beef stew with rice, tubers, or any other starch you choose.

  • Arborio rice
  • Chicken 
  • Vegetable broth
  • White wine (optional)

  1. Saute the onions in the olive oil. They should be soft and not brown.
  2.  Add your chicken and cook on the saute setting. Cook all sides. 
  3.  Add in the Arborio rice. Stir for two or until the rice turns opaque.
  4. Add your white wine(optional) and let the mixture cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetable broth and garlic. Stir and cook on High Pressure for about five minutes. 
  6. At the end of the cooking time, your Instant Pot will release the pressure. Wait a few minutes before opening the pot, then stir your dish. 
  7. Add the parmesan chees and asparagus/mushrooms and cook for two more minutes until asparagus/mushrooms are soft. 
  8. Add parsley and stir.
  9. Serve when hot.
